Day 1

The program started with Juma (Friday) prayers at 2:30pm and opening session at 5:00pm where National President & Ameer, Malik Lal Khan Sahib, reminded the community members that we should pray and seek help only from Allah in response to recent barbaric attacks on Ahmadis in Lahore. Through various speeches today community members were reminded about the teachings of Islam, the religion of peace, that Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) always respond peacefully whenever he and his companions faced persecution in various forms.

Day 2

By the Grace of Allah, the second day of the Convention was also held successfully where various scholars presented speeches on great topics. In addition, various dignitaries such as Jason Kenney (Min. of Immigration) and Bob Rae (MP Toronto) also admired Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at views and extended condolences over the recent persecution of Ahmadis where about 100 Ahmadis were martyred in Lahore Mosques during Friday prayers on 28 May, 2010.

Day 3

On the the last day of this blessed convention hundreds of community guests and friends were present to hear final speeches by National President, Malik Lal Khan Sahib and National Missionary, Maulana Mubarak Nazeer Sahib. And, several dignitaries who regularly attend Ahmadiyya Convention, such as Jim karygiannis, Michael Ignatieff, Greg Sorbara, Hazel Mccallion, Bob Delaney, Harinder Thakur, Susan Fennell and many other dignitaries who not only attended the convention but expressed their deepest regards and as always parised the community message. In short, virtually all admired the efforts of Ahmadiyya Community in promoting the message of peace and love for humanity. Jim Karygiannis particularly used harshest remarks against Government of Pakistan for being silent in response to recent brutal barbaric attacks on Ahmadis in Lahore.

At the end of the convention Malik Lal Khan sahib presented the report of persecution against Ahmadi Muslims in Pakistan. He described how Pakistani government is supporting such persecution through it's constitution and laws to arrest peaceful Ahmadis merely for saying 'God Bless You' to anyone or to call their mosque a 'mosque' or to call the Holy Book the 'Holy Quran'. He further extended thanks to Canada for being the country that offered us such freedom so we can say 'God Bless You' to anyone, so we can call our mosques 'Mosque' and we can practice our religion freely. He further read the pledge of all Ahmadis which they are forwarding to the Khalifa-tul-Masih fifth (The Caliph of the Community).
