Professor Abdus Salam, the first Muslim scientist who won a Nobel Prize, shared the 1979 Nobel Prize for physics with two American scientists, Sheldon Glashow and Steven Weinberg for their independent development of a theory unifying the electromagnetic and the weak nuclear forces.

Across Canada, Masih Mau`ud (as) Day Jalsa will be held on March 23rd where renowned scholars speak about life and character of the Promised Messiah (as).

Insha`Allah! Eidul Adhiya will be celebrated across Canada on Friday, September 1st, 2017. It is celebrated to remember the spirit of the sacrifice of Hadhrat Ibrahim (as) (Prophet Abraham) for the sake of Allah.

The 41st Annual Convention of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada will be held on July 7th, 8th, & 9th, 2017 at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. 

The 42nd Annual Convention of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada will be held on July 6-8, 2018 at the International Center, Mississauga, Ontario.

On 27th May Khilafat Day is celebrated across Canada at various local and regional centres where members of the community gather to praise Allah for the blessings of Khilafat-e-Ahmadiyya.
